Customer Service Charter

The Customer Service Charter was developed to inform you (the resident) about the water services that you can expect. It provides a clear and concise description of the standards of service that you can expect from us, your rights as a Lancelin South Water customer and what we require from you.

The Customer Service Charter:

  • Defines responsibilities for maintenance and service provision,
  • Outlines complaints and faults procedures,
  • Clarifies account payments, and
  • Explains resident’s rights.

Our Customer Service Charter has been prepared with reference to the Water Services Code of Conduct (Customer Service Standards) 2018 and used the conditions specified in our Water Services Licence (WL47) issued by the Economic Regulation Authority.
